Biennale Festival

Every 2 to 3 years, there is a arts and cultural festival in Mali in a different region of the country. This year it was in Kayes.
Brandon, me, Spencer, Natalie and Steve all went.

The President of Mali was in town so there was a lot of extra security.
This is the mascot of the event. It is supposed to be a snail.....
People from each region performed. These guys seemed to have the most fun.
There were 6 skydivers.....

Children performed but I didnt understand the story. It was cute though.
